Content of Okura:
- Psyllium Husk
- Oligofructose and Inulin
- Okra Powder
- Lemon juice powder
- Senna leaves extract, as well as,
- Stevia.
Recommended daily intake:
- Adults: Take one sachet of Okura, one time in a day.
- Or as recommended by pharmacist
- Dissolve Okura powder in at least 200ml of water, milk juice or any of your beverages you like.
- Drink minimum 8 glasses of water in a day.
